Product Guarantee & Returns
Pomegranate endeavors to design and manufacture high-quality publications, provide accurate descriptions of our products on our Web site, and properly fulfill your order.
Should your order not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will exchange or credit your return merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt, except for the Meinrad Craighead book, which is only available on a non-returnable basis.
In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will accept your return (for refund, credit, or exchange) within one year of receipt. Please address your return shipment to:

We request that you enclose a copy of your invoice with your package, and a note explaining why you are returning the product. We will contact you within 2 weeks of receipt of your return and confirm the status of your refund, replacement or exchange.
